Your life spending total (sum of the five targets above) is compared to the Daily tab budget-period-to-date log (see Budget period above). To buy items you mark as bought use unassigned space in your discretionary pool (pool for life minus those targets), not the five-bucket total itself.
Same figures as the strip above — available already reflects your Daily spending log for the period — plus an upcoming debits list (timing only, not double-counted).
This period’s available (after to-buy bought and daily log) divided by days left — matches the Daily tab when you’re in the live budget period.

How long this period’s safe-to-spend buffer might last at your average daily log pace (all tags). Date is indicative if pace stays flat.

Add fixed services (streaming, phone, software, etc.). Totals count like must-pay for savings, investing, and life spending. Same Cadence / Due (day) rules as must-pay (for the upcoming list — not a second hit to available spend).

Download all invoices at once as one .zip file (everything attached to expense lines in that month).
Uses the calendar month of the date above — the same month as “Which day?”
Uses the calendar month of the date above — same as “Which day?” and the zip download. Lists business expense lines in that month with an amount but no file attached yet.
From your Monthly plan, budget period setting, and this log for the date above.
Log what you actually spend, one day at a time. This does not change monthly targets; it measures use against them for the month you are viewing.
Add one row per purchase. Description is free text; amounts are in EUR.
Track one-off purchases (mirror, phone, …). The monthly sheet sets five life buckets; anything left in the discretionary pool after those targets is unassigned (buffer / flex). Checking “Bought” commits that slice. The Cashflow / Daily “available” line is the pool after bought items and your daily log for the period.
If unassigned before wishlist is zero or negative, your category targets already fill (or overfill) the pool — treat wishlist as tightening that buffer.
